Jan Hansen

Jan Hansen was born in 1971 in Frankfurt am Main. He has two children aged 14 and 17 years. He lives in Frankfurt am Main. After a high school year in America, he studied sports science, sports medicine and psychology at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. Jan Hansen was training director of the Wave at the Hilton Frankfurt and founder and second chairman of the Hessian National Association of Personal Training. In addition, he was instructor of the German Academy for Preventive Medicine for the topic of back health, looked after a large health center in Frankfurt am Main as a consultant and leader (Ligamenta move) and is founder of CODE Sports oHG. His hobbies are mountain biking, reading, traveling and hiking in the nature.

SILVIO MINAKAWA

“Get out of the comfort zone!” Says Silvio Minakawa. Training with him is about more than body shaping. The sports scientist (M.A.) and former triathlete specializes in self-weight training, kettlebell training and MovNat.

He excels by improvisation and creativity.

The hobby philosopher likes to use his surroundings and experiments with Parkour, Calisthenics and Crossfit elements. He likes to go surfing and participate in obstacle courses (OCR). Silvio gives free rein to the upcycling of his creative vein and thus also builds self-designed training equipment.

HENRIK GÖHLE

The versatile Motologist (M.A.) studied in London. He is an expert in back health, motor learning and complex strength training. The 42-year-old is not only a passionate trainer but also a lecturer in anatomy, training science and developmental psychology at various universities.

In his free time, Henrik enjoys kayaking and swimming. He is passionate about stick fighting and plays in a band as a guitarist. His wife, Lithuania’s most famous pianist, and his son at the age of nine are on stage. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Marieke Garrels, born in 1992, discovered her passion for fitness training and a healthy lifestyle during a one-year internship in Malaysia. She is currently studying for a dual degree in Fitness Economics. At CODE Sports she is the contact person, trainer and, if necessary, barista. Her self-proclaimed mission is to lead others to a healthy lifestyle and create a balanced work-life balance. Marieke loves nature, as well as traveling while getting to know other cultures. One of the heart’s desires is to experience the beauty of the Northern Lights and explore the landscapes of Norway and Iceland.

Already as a child; sports activity was part of Amalia’s  daily program. Even today, she tests her limits with any kind of sport. For relaxation, she likes to go to the sauna and the steam bath. The 34-year-old sports scientist wants to help her clients gain a new sense of their body, satisfaction and well-being. True to her motto: “Nothing tastes as good as it feels to health”. Balancing her leisure time is important to Amalia. Whether relaxing with a good book, cooking with friends or sharing with her family. Amalia likes to explore the world on long trips.
